The Role.
Our Leicester Branch is currently recruiting an experienced Divisional Manager to lead and further develop their successful Engineering and Technical Desk.
The primary purpose of the role will be to control the Technical Divisions activities ensuring that profit and sales targets are met, staffing levels are maintained and quality of service delivered is of the highest possible standard.
We are looking for a very hands-on Manager, someone who can generate new business from both new and existing customers, puts service and customer care above everything else, someone who can build relationships and work with clients on a 1-2-1 basis.
We want to meet the best Managers in the area, someone who is experienced in leading and managing a team and has fresh and exciting ideas.
The Candidate
*An experienced Manager who is able to demonstrate their success in an Engineering or Technical discipline who is currently working in a Management position or who is in a Senior position and is looking for their next career move.
*A proven sales track record in new business development.
*Self motivated Manager who is able to lead from the front to Manage a team of consultants
*Ability to pro-actively undertake inclusions into serviceable PSL's, Tenders and other service level agreements
*Ability to keep on top of changes in market place and identify new areas of penetration.
*Conduct staff training and staff development through targets, reviews and appraisals
*Experienced in strategic planning and with the setting of financial and sales reviews.
