The Role.
Our Leicester Technical branch is looking for an experienced Senior/Recruitment Consultant, we are looking for someone who can generate new business from both new and existing customers, puts service and customer care above everything else, someone who can build relationships and work with clients on a 1-2-1 basis, a consultant that is looking for that next exciting move and is ready to attend our Management Training Academy which trains the managers of the future.
We want to meet the best Recruiter in the area, someone who wants to take the step into leading a team and has fresh and exciting ideas, someone who wants a vast area to work in and someone who wants to be involved in strategic planning with the setting of financial and sales reviews.
The Candidate
*An experienced Recruitment Consultant who is able to demonstrate their success in an Engineering or Technical discipline and that is currently working in a Senior role or who is looking for their next career move.
*A proven sales track record in new business development.
*Candidates that are self motivated and able to lead from the front to lead a team of consultants
*Ability to pro-actively undertake inclusions into serviceable PSL's, Tenders and other service level agreements
*Ability to keep on top of changes in market place and identify new areas of penetration.
*Assist in staff training and development through targets, reviews and appraisals
*An individual that is looking for continued progression and is ambitious and driven succeed
